Social Responsibility
SE Tylose is well aware of its responsibility towards its employees, its fellow human beings and the environment. It is important to us to live up to our responsibility and to get involved outside of our usual activities.

SE Tylose is well aware of its responsibility towards its employees, its fellow human beings and the environment. It is important to us to live up to our responsibility and to get involved outside of our usual activities.
We respect and support the Guiding Principles of the UN Human Rights Council, the fundamental aims pursued by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
We have established our policy in 2020 which can be downloaded here.
At SE Tylose we want our employees to feel safe and valued. Equal treatment is important to us and we do not tolerate discrimination in any kind.
We know how important it is to not only take care of yourself, but also of your fellow human beings and the environment. That is why we are socially committed: For a great future. For the next generation.
We offer children and young people the opportunity to get a glimpse of our work on various occasions, such as our open house day or the annual Girls' and Boys' Day.
For more than ten years, we now have a cordial relationship with the Johann-Hinrich-Wichern School in Wiesbaden-Amöneburg which specializes in children with learning difficulties.
As part of the “Wiesbaden engagiert” campaign, we support the school every year with new learning materials, donations or simply painting their classrooms.
Full of zest for action, our employees support the Rhine clean-up campaign and thereby help to protect the environment by collecting rubbish from the river Rhine and its banks close by our production site.
We are evaluated on environmental impact, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.
