TYLOPUR® food grades are a range of high quality methyl cellulose (E461) and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (E464) products. They are produced in a specialized production plant in Germany where plant-based raw material is turned into these special food ingredients.
TYLOPUR® food grades have the unique property to gel when heated. Because of this thermal gelation, TYLOPUR® provides bite to plant-based products, stability to reformed food and softness to gluten-free bread.
