In the last quarter of 2024, we achieved two remarkable milestones:
In our Tylose plant we achieved 1,000 days of work without a reportable accident. And our product and process development can even look back on 12,000 days of work without a reportable accident.
A reportable accident is one with more than three days of absence of the accident victim and therefore must be reported to the Employers Mutual Insurance Association.
The safety of our employees is our top priority, and we are pleased that regular safety training, team interaction and communication with superiors work so well and ultimately lead to such pleasing results.
Both companies were congratulated by the site management and presented with a certificate of appreciation.
